I hold a Masters of Arts in Counselling Pscyhology and have nearly 2 decades of experience helping people develop the knowledge and skills they need to meet the challenges of life. I am registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellorss and most extended benefit plans will cover my services.

I advocate for justice and equity for marginalized groups and welcome the opportunity to work with all individuals of any identifications and cultural background.
I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and folks with non-traditional relationship arrangements.
I have also had the privilege of working with many people from the First Nation communities of Canada.
I acknowledge that being a settler comes with not only privilege but also blind spots about the extent and severity of the destructive acts of colonization. I commit to doing better to understand the negative impact that past policies and practices have had on First Nation people in this country.
